Cottage Holidays.

Our five Brinkburn Holiday Cottages are an opportunity for you to spend time doing what matters most, with those who matter most. And in such a beautiful landscape. We’re pet friendly too!

Our cottages form a row of four terrace cottages called ‘The Gardeners Cottages’. They can be booked in conjunction with each other to sleep from 4 to 16 guests.

Bel House is the original gatehouse for The Priory and Manor House with southerly views over fields and the estate drive. This cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and 1 baby.

Mullins House is a welcoming, comfy home-from-home. This cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and 1 baby.

Cuthbert House is a rose covered cottage with a beautiful open plan kitchen, overlooking the surrounding fields and woodland. This cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and 1 baby.

Blakey House is a lovingly restored home-from-home. This cottage sleeps up to 4 guests and 1 baby.

Blakey and Cuthbert are two adjoining cottages. You can book them together! And say hello to each other via an interconnecting door.

The Dairy & Annex is the original dairy for the estate and is now a welcoming cottage with additional annex for up to 6 guests. This unique place has a style all its own, surrounded by woodland, fields and just a short walk from the river.
